Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Professional to join our team in a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and safe operation of various parks and gardens related plant and equipment. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and industry obligations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain work programs, including preparing daily schedules for landscaping, garden refurbishment, pruning, litter removal, fertilising, mowing, mulching, and general garden/turf maintenance.
  • Safely operate a variety of horticultural equipment.
  • Support and advise staff members and apprentices as required, making informed technical and operational decisions.

This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The successful applicant will be rewarded with flexible working arrangements, opportunities for training and development, and a competitive salary.
