Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Managers in the delivery of design and construct projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to gain experience and grow into a project management role quickly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate design consultants and manage contractor engagement.
  • Administer contracts, procurement documentation, and change management processes.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients.
  • Support project closeout and compliance requirements.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Confident in project administration, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with procurement, contracts, and risk management processes.
  • Proficient in Procore, Aconex, or similar project management systems.
  • Ambitious, organized, and eager to grow into a project management role quickly.
