Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and play a key role in developing programs and curriculums that build children's existing and emerging knowledge.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for leading teams of educators and driving the learning, development and curiosity of children. You will work closely with staff and families to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or working towards ECT qualification, a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, and at least one year of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing high-quality early childhood programs and curriculums that cater to the diverse needs of children;">
  2. Leading and managing teams of educators to achieve exceptional outcomes for children;">
  3. Building strong relationships with children, staff, and families to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment;">
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports, including educational and behavioral plans for children.">
