Lead Educator Role

  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program that reflects current best practices
  • Document and share children's progress with families
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum

To be considered, you will have:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Previous experience in long day-care
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current Working with Children's Check
