Responsibilities

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a dedicated portfolio of customers to enable growth and prevent churn.
  • Working collaboratively with customers to align their business goals and technical requirements with Azure's capabilities and services.
  • Providing technical advisory services to customers, including determining the suitability of services, outlining technical requirements, and optimizing their Azure infrastructure.
  • Engaging, collaborating, and orchestrating across Microsoft to support a "One Microsoft" approach to customer engagement, enablement, and implementation.
  • Maintaining a high degree of technical competency in one of the following areas: Cloud Strategies, Infrastructure and Networking, Cyber Security, Data, AI/ML, Development and Application Modernisation, Migration and Implementation, DevOps.
