About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and self-disciplined individual to lead our retail team in achieving sales growth and maintaining a safe working environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build relationships with customers face-to-face, by email, and over the phone, and have experience in general store management activities.

Responsibilities

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Foster exceptional customer experiences through personalized interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • TEAM LEADERSHIP: Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and promote a positive work environment.
  • SAFETY AND SECURITY: Ensure adherence to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment, minimizing risks and hazards.

About You

  • RETAIL OR TRADE EXPERIENCE: Possess relevant experience in retail or trade outlet environments, with a focus on developing your career.
  • PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • ORGANIZATION AND SELF-DISCIPLINE: Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
