Excavator Operator - Draining Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled excavator operator with experience in draining systems to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering high-quality drainage projects safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate excavators for drainage and civil works
  • Read and interpret plans and site drawings
  • Install and repair drainage systems to industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient worksite
  • Conduct basic equipment checks and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in drainage and excavator operation
  • Certificate III or equivalent qualification or 3 years work experience may be taken into consideration
  • Current excavator ticket/licence
  • Current open driver's licence and own reliable transport
  • Fluent English – verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
