We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to spearhead enterprise growth across our Risk & Human Capital divisions. As the key driver of business expansion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future.

The Role Will Involve:
  • Developing and executing commercial growth strategies that position us as industry leaders.
  • Driving portfolio growth through new client acquisition, pipeline development, sales capability uplift, and existing client engagement.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to enhance Delivering Aon United (DAU) and Aon Client Leadership (ACL) activities.
  • Identifying organic opportunities and shaping arguments for inorganic growth to deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Accountability for new business revenue, client profitability, and service levels across Pacific/APAC.
  • Embedding best-practice operating standards, including adoption of Aon Connect, and driving high-impact bid management and proposal development.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the Commercial team - 4 direct reports and a 26-colleague team - promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Partnering with Marketing to craft demand generation and top-of-funnel activities aligned to market opportunities.
  • Aligning the People Strategy to business goals, including goal setting, PMA reviews, colleague engagement, talent & succession, remuneration, and development planning.
  • Operational excellence: using data, AI, and digital tools to optimize decisions and outcomes.
  • Transformation & change: championing a growth mindset, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity enterprise-wide.
  • Risk & compliance: ensuring growth activities meet Australian regulatory requirements and our standards.
