Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Enterprise Solutions Leader to spearhead large-scale technology projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Project Leaders, while driving business outcomes and delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage strategic vision to lead assigned technology projects from initiation to deployment, overseeing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Foster collaboration and facilitate Steering Committees, ensuring clear communication and effective governance
  • Guide and mentor Project Leaders, ensuring consistent application of best practices and industry standards
  • Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional project outcomes
  • Presentation and reporting skills: Prepare and present regular updates, keeping key stakeholders informed and engaged

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (mandatory)
  • Project Management certifications in traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects on time and within budget constraints
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management experience
  • Proficiency with MS Project Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite
