About This RoleThis role offers an estimated annual salary of $120,000 in the US or equivalent based on location. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to focus on our Mid Market business territories. Key responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as using consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements and recommend the best UKG software solution.
As a member of our Sales team, you'll report to the Sales Director and work within a collaborative environment of Account Executives. Your success will be measured by your ability to create a continuous pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and present the value of UKG solutions.
