As a Service Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering expertise to assigned projects in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering guidance and supervision to the team and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during planning, construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
  • Develop specifications for subcontracted works to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare repair methodologies, quality documentation, and technical reports.
  • Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Requirements
  • Hold a qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or possess equivalent industry experience.
  • Have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the hydro power sector or a supporting industry.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in software and tools, hands-on practical experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills, leadership and decision-making capabilities, attention to detail, and high-developed report writing and technical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand to work on customer/project sites in remote locations and follow up with suppliers, with the ability to work in industrial environments.
