Empowering Early Childhood Educators

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our casual educator team in Yea and Flowerdale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs tailored to each child's needs and abilities.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our services by increasing enrolments and expanding our program offerings.
  • Participate in delivering a diverse and engaging educational program that fosters active participation from every child.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority).
  • Prior experience working in a kindergarten or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a confident team player, with excellent reliability and willingness to travel.
