Our Regional and Agribusiness division is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Business Banking Analyst. This position will involve conducting in-depth financial analysis and modelling for clients, preparing credit submissions, and coordinating deal execution through documentation to funding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external key networks.

We are looking for someone with experience in banking or finance, preferably within the farming community. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and focused on achieving exceptional client satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting financial modelling and analysis for business banking clients
  • Preparing credit submissions and coordinating deal execution through documentation to funding
  • Monitoring performance and conducting annual reviews for existing clients, reporting financial and operational performance to Risk Management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external key networks

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Experience working within the farming community, with a desire to learn how to originate and fulfill business banking transactions
  • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen, with financial analysis and modelling experience highly advantageous
