Key Responsibilities

The role involves supporting the growth of our team by creating and implementing enablement programs for our sales organization.

  • Develop and implement critical enablement strategies, providing the necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish a disciplined approach to planning, working, and revising enablement initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with SE leadership as a trusted member of their extended team.
  • Contribute to defining and developing the Global SE Enablement strategy, leading its communication and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team to refine the onboarding program based on segment needs.
  • Form strategic partnerships and work with internal SMEs on enablement content creation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with peers to create scalable solutions and share enablement artifacts to reduce unnecessary work.
