  • Relevant Mechanical Trade Qualifications (Diesel, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Fitter)

  • Good people skills, clear communication, and a desire to move into a leadership role
  • A strong sense of pride in your workmanship and a desire to achieve high-quality customer service
