About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sterilisation Services Specialist to join our team in Calvary Central Districts. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to take on a challenging role with a focus on development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the cleaning, packaging and sterilisation of medical equipment is processed efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures and industry standards
  • Monitoring compliance and reporting any non-conformance using appropriate methods
  • Participating in daily testing, monitoring and validation requirements
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working within CSSD
  • An understanding of AS5369 guidelines
  • Certificate III or above in Sterilisation Services
  • A drive to learn and expand your knowledge base, as well as guide and support other staff members
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
