Production Team Member

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic production team as a skilled Production Team Member. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bottling line.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG industry. You will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various roles.

A Food Safety qualification or equivalent experience is essential, along with basic computer skills and the ability to operate a forklift. If not already certified, you must be willing to obtain a forklift license.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize the production area to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Contribute to start-up and shutdown routines, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Rotate through various roles, including forklift operation, visual inspection, QC testing, and cooler refurbishment.
  • Monitor production activity, promptly addressing and escalating any issues that impact targets or food safety.

  • You possess a strong work ethic and are able to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • You have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You demonstrate a collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to help others when needed.
  • You hold a valid forklift license or are eager to obtain one.
