About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Concierge to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Perth, Australia. As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our spa guests feel pampered and relaxed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule spa services and appointments for individuals and large groups using our spa/salon reservations software system.
  • Check in guests for appointments and provide a warm welcome to our spa.
  • Thoroughly understand our spa menu and promote and sell our spa services to guests.
  • Process guest payments for spa services and ensure that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel valued and respected.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in spa administration and customer service is highly desirable.
