Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve shared goals
  • Manage a rotating roster and work 1 in every 3 weekends

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role leading a team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong people leadership and safety management skills
