Family Lawyer - Client Engagement Role

We are seeking a skilled Family Lawyer to join our team as a Client Engagement Manager. This role is critical to our growth and success.

Job Description
  • Manage the client and law firm application experience and assess applications to determine eligibility for funding.
  • Utilize family law skills to ensure clients have the resources necessary for a fair and equitable settlement.
  • Proactively identify risks in relation to applications for funding.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with law firm partners.
  • Embody our culture and service values to deliver an outstanding experience for each client and law firm partner.
  • Serve as an empathetic point of contact for clients.
  • Analyse funded case outcomes to improve and refine credit assessment processes.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice.
  • Results-driven and proactive individual who takes initiative and strives for excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
