About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the residential builder segment.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with builders, architects, and designers to promote our windows and door solutions for new build and renovation projects.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new accounts
  • Interpreting technical design plans and assessing construction projects
  • Providing clients with product details and recommendations
  • Managing contacts through our sales database

About You

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with a strong service ethos and excellent relationship-building skills. You should have experience within the building and renovation or manufacturing industry, as well as the technical aptitude to understand our products.

A competitive salary of AU$80,000 per annum is offered, plus quarterly commission based on KPIs achieved. You will also receive a fully serviced vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone, as well as flexibility in managing your working hours.
