
Care Delivery Lead

The Clinical Manager position is a key leadership role responsible for providing clinical guidance and oversight to the site-based team members.
The focus of this role is on delivering high-quality care provision, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and targets, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement initiatives within the region.
About the RoleThis Clinical Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the site-based team, including providing coaching, mentoring, and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to develop and implement strategies that drive evidence-based outcomes for people accessing the service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the site-based team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and compliance with relevant standards and targets.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to support innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and support staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver excellent patient care.
