Job Summary

As a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-informed therapies that empower clients to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with therapists to ensure seamless, client-centered support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external organizations to facilitate ongoing support.
  • Travel across service centers to provide support to customers.
  • Drive positive outcomes for customers through mentoring, training, and discipline-specific practice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in disability services or relevant community services sector.
  • Qualifications in Social Work and/or Human Services, or equivalent.
  • Active membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Demonstrated clinical competencies and commitment to best practice.
  • Ability to provide staff mentoring, training, and support on job-related training needs.
  • Flexibility to travel to service centers and provide on-call support when required.
