Role Overview

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in the disability sector or a related field is highly regarded; however, we encourage applications from individuals who possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, provide support to colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting the needs of our clients and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
