Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable professionals to join our casual relief pool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a school setting and are flexible with availability.

  • A warm, welcoming customer service approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced front-facing team environment.
  • Accurate data entry and use of Microsoft Office suite with fast typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and provide high-level administrative support as required.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other enquiries in a professional, helpful manner.

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and be able to communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, students, and staff.

As a prospective member of the community, you must be willing to support the Staff Code of Conduct and stated values.

The successful applicant must hold a Paid Blue Card and be willing to have their name submitted to the Professional Standards Register.

About this Role:

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to school leadership and teaching staff as required.

You will be responsible for administering first aid and assisting with sick bay if required.

You will also assist with school tour/excursion and volunteer administration.

Additionally, you will coordinate administration of school activities and celebrations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

You will also need to be able to communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, students, and staff.

A Paid Blue Card is also a requirement for this role.
