Job Title: Experienced Aged Care Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care. As an experienced aged care nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- To provide direct nursing care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- To work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- To assess and evaluate patients' conditions, identifying any changes or concerns and escalating them as necessary.
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- At least 2 years of experience working in an aged care setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
