What You Will Learn:

  4. Breakdown of carcasses (lamb & pork)
  5. Cutting and trimming of meat
  6. Value-adding through innovative product development
  7. Maintenance of safe, clean, and hygienic environments
  8. Pest control and daily cleaning procedures
  9. Temperature checks
