Stellar Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading national civil contracting business, a major force in Australia's civil construction sector. This company specializes in the construction of transport infrastructure, including road upgrade projects for state road authorities.
About the RoleAs a Senior Civil Supervisor, you will coordinate and allocate resources, oversee, and guide the daily activity on site. The initial project involves managing bulk earthworks, road widening, and overlay under MRWA specifications. You will ensure all works adhere to and comply with the site HSE management plan to drive an injury-free safety culture and ensure HSE compliance across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and allocate resources to achieve project milestones
- Oversee and guide daily activity on site
- Manage bulk earthworks, road widening, and overlay under MRWA specifications
- Ensure HSE compliance across the site
- 10+ years' experience as a Civil Supervisor on West Australian civil sector projects, including Main Roads/pavement construction projects (MRWA)
- Proven success as a Civil Supervisor managing construction teams and effective utilization of plant and equipment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels with various stakeholders
- Able to undertake a 2/1 FIFO roster ex-Perth
- Perth-based, with existing rights to live and work in Australia
- Able to pass pre-employment medical/DAS testing
- Able to furnish 2 favourable references from within the last 5 years
- Clean WA C Class Drivers License
- Superb remuneration package circa $180 K + Super & 30% Uplift
- Week-long breaks on FIFO 2/1 roster
