Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager

Ampersand International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their team in Sydney.

About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires a strong strategic and commercial mindset. As a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in executing key strategic initiatives and supporting the partnership with revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies across various practices
  • Provide professional and best-practice advice on marketing and new business generation to partners and senior lawyers
  • Advising and executing on practice group strategy, BD planning for individuals, including client targeting and relationship development, and external profiling
  • Implementing and executing the key client account management and client listening strategy
  • Supporting with practice group pursuits and providing business development skills coaching and training to partners and lawyers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a BD or marketing position within a law firm
  • Outstanding writing skills and the ability to work with limited direction and instruction
  • A strong strategic and commercial mindset
  • The ability to work collaboratively with key partners to maximise opportunities
