About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in a graduate program that focuses on developing clinical skills in aged care, disability, and brain injury rehabilitation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients to support their independence and quality of life
  • Managing your own caseload and delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions
  • Developing knowledge translation across varied clinical areas and applying best practices in our services
  • Exploring clinical practice within aged care, disability, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation sectors and contributing to our mission

About You:

We are looking for upcoming or recent Physiotherapy graduates who have:

  • Eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduation and are committed to ongoing professional development
  • The ability to work 4 or 5 days per week and commit to regular shifts
  • A strong desire to be part of an authentic, caring, progressive, and collaborative team culture
  • Holders of valid Australian working rights and a willingness to adapt to our work environment
