Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

Are you a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist looking for a challenging role in a multidisciplinary team? We are seeking a senior physiotherapist to join our team working across the Perth metropolitan area, particularly in the south and south-eastern suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have a patient-centred approach, be passionate about better health, and have a strong focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in everyday life. You will work with a range of clients, in the community, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately help them live their best lives.

We provide services across the following packages and programs:

  • Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs.
  • Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery.
  • Hospital in the home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries.
  • Aged Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home.

As a senior physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical supervision to the physiotherapy team, while looking for opportunities for continuous improvement and growth of our team.

About you:

  • You are a fully registered physiotherapist, with ideally 5+ years' experience, ideally within a community or rehab setting.
  • You have a patient centred approach and are passionate about better health.
  • As a mobile Community Physio (with your own vehicle), you are comfortable travelling to our clients' homes.
