The RoleThis Full Time Practice Manager position involves overseeing employees and Health Care Professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Medical Centre.
- Employee management, including talent development, mentoring, performance management, and centre improvements.
Additionally, this role requires:
- Identifying and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Reviewing and implementing areas of improvement.
