Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites in Western Australia.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with client and ISS standards.
- Manage incidents and restore sites to normal conditions.
- Ensure allocated budgets are adhered to and manage variations effectively.
- Liaise with the Asset Management team to develop and implement asset management plans.
