We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Lead to oversee complex and high-profile projects in the transport industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading site contractors to ensure on-site installations meet project requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Serving as the main point of contact between subcontractors, clients, and project managers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant codes.
- Coordinating installations, conducting inspections, and verifying completed work meets client expectations.
- Providing technical input to electrical design processes and reviewing drawings for As-Built documentation.
- Managing site hazards and maintaining accurate records of on-site activities.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in infrastructure or industrial projects.
- An Electrical Trade Qualification and current Victorian Electrical License.
- Sound knowledge of AUS/NZ electrical standards and construction safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety legislation and ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
- Proven track record of managing people and subcontractors to ensure safe operations and adherence to policies.
