Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to lead our data center projects.

  1. Develop and implement innovative electrical systems solutions for high-profile data centers, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client expectations.
  2. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Promote the growth and development of Arup's electrical engineering practice, contributing to business development and strategic direction.

Requirements:

  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering within a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leadership in large-scale data center projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in complex electrical systems design, development, and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business strategy.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software and design tools relevant to Electrical Engineering.
