Electrical Systems Lead

We are seeking an Electrical Systems Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality electrical systems for diverse projects. As a member of our team, you will drive excellence in engineering solutions while mentoring junior engineers and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems for commercial, healthcare, and Data Center projects.
  • Manage and deliver projects with minimal supervision, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, with a strong technical background and proficiency in relevant design software.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines and resource planning.
