Event Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, AU. This role is responsible for coordinating events that effectively support business development goals while maintaining high standards and efficiency.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Client Engagement: Greet visitors, uncover investment goals, demo the app/platform, and gather insights.
  2. Marketing Activation: Implement targeted marketing campaigns to support business development, events, and brand awareness.
  3. Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Cooperate with marketers, designers, and mall management to keep activations on-brand, compliant, and on schedule.
  4. Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and events in supporting business development and achieving sales targets.
  5. Coordination: Plan events that meet the company's objectives while ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Australian working rights are required.
  • Sales, hospitality, retail-event, or fintech experience is valued but not necessary as product training is provided.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, late-night shopping, and expo/trade-show weekends is essential.
