Project Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled project scheduler to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Utilities department, you will play a critical role in delivering water and wastewater asset reliability and renewals projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining construction schedules: Ensure accuracy and alignment with contract requirements using Primavera P6 software.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress: Identify potential risks and recommend adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Conducting cost and resource loading: Support decision-making with Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule analysis.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders: Ensure schedules reflect real-time project conditions and constraints.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project scheduling/planning: Proven track record on water and utilities projects.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6: Strong understanding of the software and its applications.
  • Strong analytical skills: Experience in EOT and delay analysis, cost/resource profiling, and schedule compression techniques.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement: Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineers.
