Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer

WISE Employment is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Trainer to join our team for a nine-month contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing training modules for our NDIS service delivery models.

About the Role:
  • Develop high-quality educational content that supports workers and promotes our services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the NDIS team to identify and outline necessary training modules.
  • Design engaging and well-structured content for each module, ensuring it meets training and marketing standards.
  • Revise and improve existing content to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all training materials align with compliance and organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience in instructional design, content development, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with NDIS frameworks and service delivery models is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Full Australian driver's license.
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
