Job Title: Instructional Content Developer

This is a key role within Hudson Australia, responsible for developing and updating instructional materials to support the Resolution System. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and be able to create engaging learning content and activities to build knowledge and understanding.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops or updates instructional materials to support the Resolution System, including procedural documentation.
  • Assesses and analyses existing instructional material and learning needs.
  • Works with internal subject matter experts to create engaging learning content and activities.
  • Develops and designs online learning material and assessment tools.
  • Applies best practice in learning techniques, learning technologies, and instructional design to provide workshop facilitation that enhances the learning process and experience.
  • Creates a library of supporting material/media, including audio, video, and simulations.
  • Devises modes of assessment and maintains project documentation and course folders.
  • Where applicable, oversees the implementation of learning tools.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working in instructional design.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing process documents, lesson and curriculum planning, and visual design skills.
