Job Profile

The Clinical Care Coordinator role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care delivery and services to residents. As a leader of the care team, you will coordinate and support the care team in collaboration with facility managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all clinical services aligning with mission objectives.
  • Promoting continuous improvement initiatives in clinical and lifestyle services.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
  • Coordinating and supporting scheduled audits and clinical indicators.
Essential Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Current police check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
  • IPC training completed or willing to complete.
  • Commitment to work within Calvary's Mission, Vision and Values.
