Job Title: HVAC Technician

As a skilled professional in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of these critical infrastructure components. Your extensive hands-on experience and solid understanding of HVAC principles, codes, and safety standards make you an ideal candidate for this role.

This position requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.

The role involves a range of tasks including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards. You will be expected to facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen
  • Must have a US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
  • Must have a minimum of five years of HVAC technician experience
  • Must have a Journeyman HVAC License, or Australian equivalent
