About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Leader to join our team at Camp Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
  • Create daily plans and organization of activities
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play

About You

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • An enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships
  • Completed or is studying towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Availability from 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
