Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Providing on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' proven experience as a Project Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Salary and Benefits:

The role offers a competitive remuneration package, estimated at $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week, providing a stable financial foundation for career growth and development.
