About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Construction Project Lead to join our team at Kingswood Aluminium in Melrose Park. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile commercial construction projects.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a base salary of $110k - $125k per annum, plus vehicle allowance and phone benefits.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Implementation: You will plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

In addition to your project management skills, you will bring exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities to this role.
