We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Right To Information (RTI) initiative, driving operational growth and transformation. As a key member of the RTI team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision for a thriving building and construction industry, fostering confidence and promoting sustainable social, environmental, and economic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership and team management, inspiring high performance and delivering results.
  • Data analysis and decision-making, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration with senior leaders to prepare for legislative reform and drive organisational readiness.
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships through effective communication and advocacy.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to staff and stakeholders on information handling practices.
  • Leveraging innovative solutions to deliver impactful RTI projects.
  • Developing and implementing best practices to drive RTI transformation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in leading teams through change within an RTI context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
