Role Overview

The Asset Reliability Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our assets. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track maintenance progress and performance

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in engineering, business, or related field; Certificate IV or Diploma in maintenance management an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management practices, systems, and methods
  • Proven knowledge of asset condition and performance assessment methods, as well as planning works and schedules
  • Highly developed analytical skills and strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
