Capital and Maintenance Planning Specialist

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled capital and maintenance planning specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance planning group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans that optimize the reliability and efficiency of our assets.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions
- Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and optimize resource allocation
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track maintenance progress and performance
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, business, or related field; Certificate IV or Diploma in maintenance management an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management practices, systems, and methods
- Proven knowledge of asset condition and performance assessment methods, as well as planning works and schedules
- Highly developed analytical skills and strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
