Job Title: Support Worker
This role requires a dedicated individual to work in a supportive environment where residents are encouraged to express their food preferences and choices. The ideal candidate will ensure that meals are prepared according to individual needs, including special dietary requirements and allergies.
Main Duties:
- Support service delivery under the direction of a senior staff member.
- Prepare daily meals and beverages that meet individual needs of each resident.
- Ensure environmental service standards are met and maintained, and the residents' living environment is safe and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
About You:
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads.
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Working knowledge of health and safety and infection control.
- Ability to operate standard domestic and industrial equipment.
