About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Melbourne. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives across various direct sales campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Ensure the team is meeting weekly and monthly sales targets and implement strategies to increase performance.
  • Coach and manage the team's daily activities and implement training strategies to improve sales skills.
  • Carry out regular 1:1's with team members and develop a culture where training and development are part of the team.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience, with a strong background in door-to-door selling.
  • Experience managing a casual workforce in a sales, retail, or customer service environment.
  • Natural ability to motivate and inspire people, with a strong focus on performance management.
  • Confidence and positivity in everything you do, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the food industry and a strong desire to work for a company like HelloFresh.
  • Driver's license is a plus, but not required.
